New sporting leadership for the Bulls:

Heinz Hochhauser and Thomas Linke take helm.
Co-operation with Oliver Kreuzer ended.

Red Bull Salzburg have re-organised their backroom staff: Heinz Hochhauser and Thomas Linke are now in charge of the Austrian Champions’ sporting matters.

Oliver Kreuzer’s period at the club is therefore ended.

Heinz Hochhauser will also remain in charge of the Bulls’ youth programme and is to receive help in guiding the club’s sporting affairs from a familiar figure.

Thomas Linke is to become the new Sporting Director’s assistant. The former Bulls’ captain has committed to play for Bayern Munich Amateurs until the end of 2007/08, but will nevertheless be available straight away as Hochhauser’s right hand man.

Heinz Hochhauser: “A fascinating challenge awaits us and I think that together we can map out a successful future for the club. Those who know me realise that commitment and passion are very important to me – and I’ve been missing these things recently. It’s essential that we stand shoulder to shoulder and fully play to our potential.”
