The world premiere of adidas’s new football boot F50 TUNiT took place at the Bulls Arena this afternoon as Red Bull Salzburg faced regional league side SV Henndorf.
Johan Vonlanthen clearly took to his new footwear straight away. The Swiss national star scored two spectacular goals including a fantastic free kick effort. The Bulls won 5-0 in the end with Ilic, Rakic and Mahop also getting on the scoresheet.
Trapattoni fielded the following side: Arzberger; Dudic – Knavs – Meyer – Prenn; Ilic – Leitgeb – Pitak – Vonlanthen; Mahop, Rakic. After the break Janocko came on to replace Leitgeb.
Barcelona star Lionel Messi is also to use the new boot in the future along with Lukas Podolski and Bastian Schweinsteiger (Bayern Munich), Kevin Kuranyi (Schalke 04), David Villa (Valencia), Djibril Cissé and Samir Nasri (Olympique Marseille), Johan Vonlanthen (Red Bull Salzburg), Jermain Defoe (Portsmouth) and Andreas Ivanschitz (Panathinaikos).
The adidas F50 TUNiT is taking the game of football to a whole new level with a boot that has specifically tailored features to suit individual players.
