Next seasons room arrangements just became a little easier for the Red Bulls as Heinz Arzberger followed his long-term roommate Karel Pitak in extending his Red Bull Salzburg contract – until summer 2010.
The 36-year-old Carinthian has spent a decade at Salzburg, playing once for the Austrian national team.
Arzberger has been much more than just a dependable substitute goalkeeper for the Red Bulls. He has clocked up 541 minutes of first team football over seven matches this season, replacing injured Timo Ochs.
