All in all it was a perfect Saturday afternoon at the Red Bull Arena yesterday with a unique mix of fantastic football and good old-fashioned family fun.

Just under 18,000 fans crammed into the stadium hoping to see the Red Bulls win their 13th home match of the season.

They were not disappointed in the slightest with four Bulls goals sending the stadium into delirium.

A host of famous visitors were in attendance as the Red Bulls took an important win against their Viennese title rivals - Franz Beckenbauer, Didi Constantini and Toni Polster watched on.

Ski celebrities joined in the fun at half time. Reigning ski world champions Kathrin Zettel and Manfred Pranger were driven across the pitch in a brand new Audi A5 Cabrio along with the Red Bulls’ mascot Bullidibumm on his birthday.

Also: 1,600 tickets for the Red Bull Salzbug v FC Bayern Munich tie on 10 July 2009 were sold within just four hours yesterday.

The Red Bull Family Day no doubt left everyone in attendance eager for more – and fortunately for them, Bundesliga action returns to the Red Bull Arena on Saturday 18 April at 6 pm (v Mattersburg).
